Where Deep Throat Has Nothing to Do with Watergate
The day is finally here! Kickoff day (Suckoff day?) for the Blow Hard Tour 2009! Down and dirty Smut Girl Sommer Marsden (affectionately known as the “Dirty Cocksucking Instigator” here at The Green Light District) gets us started at her blog today, March 31, 2009.
As announced a couple weeks ago, this blog tour is twelve days devoted to, well, blowing hard by some of us who love giving head. Each day the tour will take up residence at a new blog where there will be story snippets, anecdotes, and/or simply exhilarated extolment all dedicated to a love of the blow job.

Up at Ruthie’s Club!
My story “Is Not Gold” is featured at Ruthie’s Club (pay site/subscription required) this week, complete with a lovely illustration!
Ruthie’s Club is fond of last names, so my story there is published under the name “Emerald Green.” :) (This is also how I will be listed in the author archives.)
As I said when I announced its acceptance there, this is my first appearance on the Ruthie’s Club site, and I am very excited about it. Big thanks to Ruthie’s Club and specifically editors Desdmona Dodd and P.I. Rockwell, as well as artist Nina for the beautiful illustration!

First, I have received word that my story “Is Not Gold” is scheduled for publication in the March 30 issue of Ruthie’s Club! This will be my first appearance at Ruthie’s, and I am really looking forward to it.
Also, I received word today that the lovely Oysters & Chocolate erotic has accepted my story “The Only Ones” for publication tentatively scheduled for June. I will make an announcement, of course, when that goes live!
And since I’m writing about all this upcoming excitement, here is a reminder that Swing! Adventures in Swinging by Today’s Top Erotica Writers, edited by Jolie du Pre and containing my story “What We Do,” is due out next month!

Come Live Vicariously!
In case you missed it or somehow just did not already know, lots of us love blow jobs. No, I mean giving them. Let’s Talk About Sex
I am really, really delighted to announce my interview with the eminent sexologist Richard Wagner, a.k.a. Dr. Dick of Dr. Dick’s Sex Advice! Dr. Dick interviewed me for his podcast series called The Erotic Mind, in which he interviews erotic artists, and I was honored to take part.
The first half of our interview may be heard online now! (Dr. Dick’s podcasts may also be found on iTunes under “Dr. Dick’s Sex Advice.”) Our full interview encompasses a number of topics about erotica and writing in a cultural, spiritual, and artistic context. I had much fun talking with him! This first part that’s up now focuses on how/when I became a writer of erotica, my pen name, personal history, etc.
In addition, I also read from my story “With Random Precision,” found in the anthology Love Notes: A Music & Sex Anthology published by Ravenous Romance.
I enormously enjoyed working with Dr. Dick, and I encourage you to check out this illuminating interview with him at the Swing! website. I myself find his dedication remarkable, and I personally thank him for his service in the field of sexuality.
